The only reason you can't change the properties of the files produced by Fairstars CD Ripper is because of the Read Only tag applied to the files. To remove this attribute, locate the files, then press CTRL + A and right-click them. Choose Properties and untick the Read Only marker. Once you do this, the files will be available for editing.
Additionally, log-in with an user that has Administrator rights to make things simpler.
